Agreement
By creating an account or using Viblly, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Viblly is intended only for adults age 18 and older. You must also be permitted to use the service under applicable law and the requirements of the store through which you receive the app. The app requires a self-reported eligible age, but Viblly does not claim that every user’s identity or age has been independently verified.
Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
- Do not share authentication credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Your content and permission to operate the service
You retain ownership of content you submit to Viblly, including profile information, photos, messages, and Vibe details.
By submitting content, you grant Viblly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, distribute, and process that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it.
Plans, hosts, and guests
Viblly helps people discover and coordinate plans. It does not organize, supervise, verify, guarantee, or provide transportation for offline gatherings.
Hosts decide how to describe their plans and who they respond to. Guests decide whether and how to participate. Everyone remains responsible for their own choices, conduct, travel, property, and personal safety.
Your content
You remain responsible for profile information, Vibes, photos, messages, and other content you submit. Only share content you have the right to use and that does not violate another person’s privacy or rights.
You allow Viblly to process and display submitted content as necessary to operate the features you choose, enforce access controls, and maintain the service.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, unwanted sexual conduct, or encouragement of violence.
- Impersonation, scams, spam, deceptive gathering information, or manipulation of access controls.
- Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Attempting to access accounts, data, precise locations, messages, or systems without authorization.
- Any sexual exploitation of a child or child sexual abuse material.
Safety and enforcement
Viblly may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, or comply with law. No service can review every gathering, account, or message in advance.
Viblly does not conduct criminal background checks on users. A profile, Vibe, message, or presence on the service is not an identity, conduct, or safety verification.
Use in-app blocking and reporting where available. Contact local emergency services-not Viblly-when someone faces immediate danger.
Viblly materials
The Viblly name, branding, logos, software, designs, and related service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit those materials without permission.
Service availability
Features may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable in some areas or on some devices. Viblly does not promise that a particular plan, host, guest, response, or level of local activity will be available.
Ending use
You may stop using Viblly at any time and can request account deletion. Access may be limited or ended for serious or repeated violations, safety risk, abuse, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Viblly makes no guarantee about continuous availability, user content, user conduct, attendance, successful social connections, or an error-free experience.
Offline participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating the people, place, transportation, and plan before participating.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viblly and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, user interactions, gatherings, lost data, personal injury, or property damage.
Nothing on this page excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Viblly changes. Updated terms will be published with a revised date, and additional notice may be provided when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you agree to the revised terms.
